1. Company's Lien on Visitors' Luggage and Belongings: In case of default on payment by a guest, the management has the right to place a lien on and detain the guest's luggage and belongings.
2. Departure: Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Extensions are subject to availability and extra cost.
3. Identification Requirement: Valid identification is required at check-in. External guests are not allowed for entertainment or other purposes. Unmarried Couples are not allowed.
4. Visitor's Belongings: Guests should lock their room doors when out or sleeping. The company is not responsible for loss or damage to property not entrusted to management. Advised not to keep valuables alone. Housekeeping should be done in your presence only.
5. Hazardous Goods: Storing explosive or hazardous items, poisonous items in rooms is strictly prohibited.
6. Illegal Activities: Drug and hookah carrying and consumption are prohibited on the premises. Carrying arms is not allowed. Any legal Action/Penalty is your sole responsibility.
7. Liquor Policy: The hotel does not have a liquor license. Guests may bring their alcohol but must consume it in their rented rooms. Alcohol must be declared and proof of purchase must be provided if requested by Govt. authorities.
8. Damage of Property: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused by themselves or their guests. They must pay for Replacement/Repair or twice the cost of the damaged item.
9. Ownership during Stay: Guests have ownership of their accommodations during their stay and must adhere to all government rules and regulations. Responsibility for any violations lies with the renting guest.
10. Management's Rights: The Management reserves to itself the absolute right of admission to any person on the premises. Guests may be asked to vacate the property on non-following of rules. Guests will be solely responsible.
11. Government Rules and Regulations: Guests must observe current government rules and regulations in force from time to time. Non-following of any rules, If any legal Action/Penalty.
12. Safety Disclaimer: Amantra Hospitality does not provide doctor facilities or swimming pool guides at any time during your stay. We do not accept responsibility for any mishaps resulting from guest carelessness or failure to adhere to local laws and Safety Measures. Guests should take their self-care during their stay, including the use of the swimming pool and being mindful of animals and insects on the premises. Management is not responsible for any loss due to late-night/consuming of alcohol/Entrance of non-swimmers in the swimming pool.
Written Rules Prevail: Written rules and policies take precedence over any verbal agreements or discussions.
